Today Chelsea and I went to Rochford Wines to see a concert. I got tickets through work, and although we weren't at all interested in the music - the social aspect was brilliant - not to mention the scenery at the winery was beautiful!

We had a pretty great time sitting chatting, eating and drinking wine.

at last.

After eight long years apart, my best friend and I are reunited. She arrived yesterday and I greeted her with a feast of Bloody Mary oysters, my specialty coriander prawns, fish - and finally the most amazing cake from Burch & Purchese. It's like a dream to have her in my reality again.

Home made butter chicken, wine and films in bed - perfect night in!

My work friend had an engagement party on the weekend - we went next door and got ice creams for dessert! I got peppermint - of course.

And a photo from tonight. I had a busy day of errand running, went out for a late lunch then met up with these guys at night. My friend Ling is in Melbourne for a few months and I'm so happy to have her back! We played video games, watched films + film trailers, and ordered in take out for dinner. Best. I missed these regular nights we'd have - such great fun!
